Hydrostatic , Dye penetrant , X- Rays , Ultrasonic , Eddy current
examinations , Mechanical and corrosion tests , Metallographic
investigation and chemical analysis in according to main standards
ASME, ASTM, DIN, BS, AFNOR, Evry pipe marked with a special label by
inkjet system for identification purpose.
Standard packing consists of several methods : bundles of strapped
pipes, frame packing with end protection , wooden crate and complete
wooden cases with or without waterproof protected shield for sea
transport.
Coatings
and linings
The
pipes carbon steel or other alloys can be applied coated to avoid
any corrosions containing of water, oil, gas, corrosive materials
and foodstuff fluids. Pipes should be laid under hostile, rough
marshy or salty ground, sea water and etc. some of the materials
